Example 1

 

Customer’s original text reads:

 

“Our product can help relieved muscle pain and aches, to have beauty skin complexions, to prevent bruised part of body…”

 

After editing, the text reads:

 

“Our product will help relieve muscle soreness, prevent bruising, and improve overall skin complexion and condition…”

 

Example 2

 

Customer’s original text reads:

 

“Our company has long history of 50 years. Our goal is to service our customer with attention and responsive service. We have 100 staff in total and is expending. We look forward to serve you in the near future…”

 

After editing, the text reads:

 

“Our company has been in business for 50 years. Our goal is to provide our customers with an attentive and responsive service.  We currently employ a workforce of 100 staff members, and are expecting to expand further in the near future.  We look forward to serving you...”

 

Example 3

 

Customer’s original text reads:

 

“During promotion time, we offering 20 % discount to all products. If you are current member of our online shopping club, we give 10% more for special products. Come quick and visit our shops or website to find out yourselves…”

 

After editing, the text reads:

 

“During the promotion period, all products are discounted by 20%.  If you are currently a member of our online shopping club, you can enjoy an extra 10% discount on selected items. Please visit our shops or our website for further information...”

 

Example 4

Customer’s original text reads:

“Hi,

How are you today? Hope your business is good. We want to know how you think our products? You have any questions? We are happy to answer your questions.

Wish you good health.

Regards, …”

After editing, the text reads:

“Dear XXX,

Further to our last email. We would like to know if you have any comments or questions regards products. Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.

Best regards,”
