What should I do if I would like your company to edit my business English?

If you would like us to proof read and edit your existing website, you can simply let us know the website address. We will then check the website and inform you of the applicable service fees. We can then download the text directly from the website in order to amend it. For all other editing work you can simply send the texts in Word document format by email to receive a quotation.

What do you base your service fees on?

Our service fees are largely based on the quality and the length (in number of words) of the original text that requires editing or re-writing.

A quotation is provided free of charge and you only pay after you accept our quotation for the use of our services.

How do we make payment?

After you have accepted the quotation we will require 100% advance payment (if service fee is or under US$150.00) and 50% advance payment (if service fee is over US$150.00). Payment can be made through Paypal or bank transfer. All payment details will be provided upon acceptance of the quotation. The remaining 50% should be paid prior to the submission of the edited work.

How long does it take your company to edit a job?

It can take as little as two working days, and a maximum of seven working days depending on our companies work load at that time and the extend of your editing/re-writing. An express proof reading/editing/re-writing service can be arranged if urgently required.

How is the finished job submitted?

Upon receiving the payment balance, we will send the edited work in Word document format by email within 48 hours.

What if we are not happy with the submitted work?

In the rare case of dissatisfaction with our editing work, we would first enquire as to what the perceived problem is. We would then make a judgment as to whether the complaint is justified. While it is our aim to listen to, and try to satisfy all requests, we will only re-do the work if we feel that the complaint is valid. In general, the final decision on whether a work should be re-done rests with our company.
